Making a Dandelion Globe

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dandelion

- Seal the Capsule: Once the dandelion is fully encased in resin, carefully place the top half of the capsule over the bottom half to seal it.

- Let it Cure: Leave the resin to cure in a safe place where it won’t be disturbed. Follow the curing time specified by the resin manufacturer, usually 24 to 48 hours.
- Check for Hardness: After the recommended curing time, check that the resin has hardened completely before handling the globe.

- Remove Any Residue: Once cured, you may find some resin has seeped out or formed drips at the edges of the capsule. Use a fine-grit sandpaper to smooth any rough edges.
